Reiki Wellness Session

Reiki is a gentle, noninvasive Japanese energy healing practice where the practitioner uses light touch or hands hovering above the body to promote relaxation, balance and the body's natural healing processes.

How It Works

A trained practitioner places their hands lightly on or near specific areas of the fully clothed client, often following chakra points or areas of need. The goal is to clear blockages, restore energy flow, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system for deep relaxation and self-healing.
