How It Works

Our unique approach utilizes natural muscle tension throughout strengthening and stretching movements, in order to align your body’s structure and enhance your natural movement. We use meridian-guided assisted stretching, drawing from ancient Chinese medicine to target muscles along specific energy lines in the body for deeper release and balance.
